Words by Ani:
I love taking photographs and always have done!
My first priority is to ensure that clients love their photos but to give a bit of added confidence you may be interested to know that I am qualified as a wedding photographer with the Guild of Photographers. That doesn’t mean I have signed up and paid some money to some random organisation. I have been through a rigorous assessment of my images, been asked questions about how I produced them and also proved that I run a professional business.
I like to capture candid images as well as more formal shots as sometimes I believe these tell more of a story. I love detail too. Little things that make up a bigger picture and provide lasting memories of important days and events. Remember a photo should be a memory or evoke an emotion. Our philosophy is the same whether it be wedding photography or a family portrait session.
My husband Kevin works alongside me at weddings which gives us the capacity to maximise on the candid shots. He is also the person responsible for all the gorgeous framing that we are able to provide through Ani Evans Photography. Check out Frame Design Solutions to see the wonderful things he can produce.
Whether it be a wedding, an event or a portrait session one thing is guaranteed, a friendly and flexible approach! And it goes without saying gorgeous images! We have even won awards for our photographs. Check out our Facebook page to see some examples.
Our wedding photography has taken us to venues in Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Worcestershire, Staffordshire, Cumbria, South Devon and the West Midlands. We have photographed a wedding at Edinburgh Castle and also on the beach in Antigua, yes the island in the Caribbean! So don’t let distance be a deciding factor if you like what we do!
TOP TIP: If you are looking at this website because you need a wedding photographer then before you book any photographer please make sure you meet up first. It is really important as you are going to spend the whole of your special day with them so you need to feel comfortable!
If you have any questions at all please do contact us. You are welcome to come along to our studio to see our work first hand and there is no obligation to book.
