We have photographed weddings at Mythe Barn near Atherstone quite a lot over the last 2 years and it has always been fab, regardless of weather or time of year. Nikki and Connor were the latest couple to choose us as their wedding photographers for their wedding and we had such a great day.

The venue has a bridal preparation room which is perfect for a bride who wants to keep life that little bit easier. Nikki chose to use the room and then, once the bridal suite was ready, made her way into their to get into her dress. The hairstylist for the girls was Katie Attwood and make up artist, Daisy Broad. The girls also had the very tiny son of the bride and groom to look after during this time. He was so good all day.

Flowers by Clarity arrived during the morning and these were gorgeous as were the rest of the floral arrangements around the venue.

Kev took some photographs of the venue while waiting for Connor to arrive and then captured him mingling with guests as they arrived.

Nikki looked stunning in her Mori Lee dress from MiAmor as she walked down the aisle for the ceremony. Afterwards they enjoyed cocktails before heading outside for confetti and we got the family photos all done and dusted really quickly so everyone could get back to mingling. We also had time for some couple portraits before the wedding breakfast.

The evening was soon upon us so after a little wander around the fields first the guests all gathered around the cake by Sweet and Delicious before heading back into the barn for the first dance with music by Dancefloors DJs. The love letters came from Lilberts

We had the pleasure of working with Marvin Marius of Through the Lens who was filming the day alongside us.

Thanks to the team at Mythe for a brilliant day (and for looking after us so well as always!)
