The Ani Evans Photography and BRS Videography team were back together on one of the hottest days of 2019 for the lovely wedding of Charlotte and James. The were getting married at one of our favourite churches, Breedon Priory at Breedon on the Hill in Leicestershire and then travelling to Newton Park Hotel in Newton Solney, Burton on Trent. We had met Charlotte a few years ago at a previous wedding where she was a bridesmaid so when she started her own planning she got in touch.

I started the day with Charlotte at her parents’ home, where you could see the church from the room where she was having hair and make up done by Beehive Bridal Hair Design and Becky Ghent Lashes and Make up. Charlotte had a gorgeous dress from Wed2B. The flowers arrived in the morning from The Blossom Tree who also did all the floral arrangements at the church and reception.

Kev went over to a nearby hotel where James was getting ready with the guys! They then made their way to the Church to greet guests. Charlotte was transported to church in a lovely card from Wedding Cars of Derby.

The church service was great, it even included chocolate being handed out by the vicar during her sermon. That was a first for us!
The couple had put a ban on phones and cameras while we were at the Church so it was refreshing to see everyone taking everything in with their eyes and not through a screen 🙂

After confetti, some family photos and a few couple photos at the church we all made our way back to the hotel where everyone was greeted with a drink and canapes. Benji Williams Acoustic Music and Richie Phillips Music joined forces to entertain the guests during this time and they then carried on for the evening.

The decor in the room where the guests were to sit for the wedding breakfast was by Dyl and Co and The Printers of Loughborough did all the stationery.

After the speeches most of the guests along with the newly weds took the time to freshen up and we set up our Vintage Photo Booth ready for the evening which commenced with the cutting of the cake from The Old Manor House Bakery.

A great day was had by everyone. As always it was fab to share the day with Ben from BRS Videography. Watch out for the highlights video which will be coming soon. Take a look at just a few of the photos below. As always the rest will be up on a password protected gallery.
