Fantastic to return to Ashton Lodge and see the amazing changes that are being made at this gorgeous exclusive use venue in Warwickshire. Lots of familiar faces amongst the guests too which was lovely. The day was all about Jess and Shane who chose this venue to say I Do!
Ashton Lodge has a new bridal changing room so that is where Jess chose to get ready. She had her colleagues Michelle and Emma (S) doing the hair styling and it was great to see Beth Hall doing make up again. The bridesmaids dresses were gorgeous, these came from Lilyrose Bridal Boutique in Kenilworth. Gemma at Stitched Up did a great job with all the alterations on all the dresses too.
Kev captured Shane’s preparations including his hair styling by Tracey before the guys all made their way to the venue.
We had the pleasure of working alongside the Warwickshire Registration Service (Catherine and Amy) for the ceremony which was absolutely full of emotion! The room had been decorated with beautiful flowers from Claire Douglass of Roots who also did the bouquets.
We were so lucky with the weather so it was outside then for confetti, drinks, photos and fun. We had our drone with us so captured a photograph of all the guests in front of the house.
The pavilion was all set for the wedding breakfast so Natalie who was running the day rounded up the guests and led them in to be seated for their meal provided by The Chopping Block.
We had some fun with the bridal party after the meal as well as being able to capture some more romantic couple photos. Before you knew it it was time for the evening to commence with Rob Lawes Entertainment announcing the cake cutting which was made by Jasmine Bakery in Solihull and then it was time to dance.
We had our Luxury Vintage Photo Booth there for the evening too so lots more fun photos were captured.
Wonderful day at a wonderful venue. Thanks to the team for looking after everyone including us. Check out just a few of the photos from Jess and Shane’s wonderful day.
