Well 2019 got off to a familiar start. Quite regularly our first wedding of the year is at the fabulous Warwick House but this time it was with familiar faces too. We met Georgina and Jamie at a wedding at Warwick House a few years back so not only were that bride and groom guests at this wedding, so were a lot of their guests. It was great to see everyone again.
Warwick House have a bridal changing suite for the bride and her bridesmaids on the morning of the wedding so Georgina took advantage of this to get ready. I had lots of familiar faces here too. Demi from Mack was doing the hair styling and Becca from B’s Beauty was doing make up. So lovely to see them both again. Georgina’s dress was stunning…a Justin Alexander from Sammie Lou Bridal Couture and she looked gorgeous in it!
Kev captured Jamie and the couple’s son getting ready in the bridal suite. The suits were all Marc Darcy from Albie and Lonnie’s even little Alfie’s…how cute does he look!
We had our beautiful flower wall at this wedding so it’s first duty was the backdrop to the ceremony table and it really did look lovely. Amy from Rugby Registrars conducted the ceremony. I did spy a little tear get wiped away from Jamie’s eye!
After the ceremony there was time for drinks, mingling and a few family photos. We were lucky with the weather so we were able to use the lovely gardens for some couple photos too.
The room had been turned around by Jen and the Warwick House team. Our flower wall was now the backdrop to the top table.
Afterwards we took a few photos using some lighting before the cake cutting (which were made by Michelle) and the first dance. The guests then had an opportunity to use our Vintage Photo Booth with the flower wall for some fun memories to take away with them. A great day and big thanks to the team for looking after us as always. More photos are on the gallery. Just ask Georgina and Jamie for the password and discount code for prints.
