Lovely to be back at Mythe Barn recently for the wedding of Rosie and Tom. They had booked us after a recommendation by fellow wedding supplier Julie of Cards Galore and More. Thank you Julie 🙂 We had a pretty stormy day but we managed to still get outside for a few photos when we had a break from the rain but we were still being challenged by the wind.
Rosie was getting ready at the venue with all the girls. She had her hairdressers Simon and Kate from Fuzion Salon in Nuneaton working hard to make sure everyone’s hair looked perfect. Beauty and the Bride was doing make up with some valuable assistance from Rosie’s friend Laura. Our great friend Ben from BRS Videography joined me as he was capturing the whole day on video.
Kev was with Tommy at home where he was getting ready with his best man, they had suits from Charlie Brown’s in Coventry. They all then made their way to the venue to be ready to greet guests.
Florist Lynsey from The Flower House in Atherstone arrived with beautiful bouquets before Rosie put on her dress from Wed2B in Hinckley.
The barn looked amazing with decor being provided by Cards Galore and More. The ladies also decorated the room where the wedding breakfast was to take place.
During the ceremony there was music from Aphrodite Strings who also played during the drinks reception. This was the time when we were able to get everyone outside for confetti before Rosie and Tom did a dove release, doves having been provided by Rod of Wings of White.
Speeches followed the meal which was provided by Galloping Gourmet and then it was soon time for the cutting of the cake made by friend Lorraine Evans before the first dance was announced by DJ Leon Jakeman. Evening entertainment were The Speech and we also had our beautiful vintage photo booth to capture a few more photos of the day.
It was a lovely day. Thanks to the team at Mythe Barn for looking after us. It was nice to see a familiar face in the team too. To see more of Rosie and Tommy’s photos ask them for the code for their gallery and discount code for prints.
