We had the pleasure of photographing the wedding of Lisa and Garrie recently. They married at one of our favourite churches, St Marie’s in Rugby, and then went across to the High House at Fillongley, somewhere that was a new venue to us. It is a private house and was chosen by the couple as it gave them the opportunity to have a totally relaxed day after the formalities of the Church. It is a gorgeous house with everything you could need.
Lisa was actually getting ready at the venue with her bridesmaids. It was lovely to see Rebecca from The Annex again. She was doing Lisa’s and Lisa’s Mums hairstyling. There were also ladies from House of Hair who were doing hair and make up. There was a lot going on in the morning but eventually everyone was ready to travel to the Church, bridal party in a vintage coach from Catteralls and Lisa was in the gorgeous Rolls Royce from Townsends.
Kev was local as Garrie was getting ready at home which was literally a walk round the corner for him from us! He had his groomsmen with him and then had some fun transport to take him to Church.
After the Church service we all made our way back to the High House where JP’s Kitchen were already cooking up a treat for everyone and they continued all day, nobody was going to go hungry. The bar was being run by Dave from London Calling.
We captured some couple photos but then the rest of the day was spent photographing everyone relaxing and having fun. Rob of Rugby Discos got the dancing under way with the first dance, note a change of suit for Garrie (the couple run The Fish Tank in Rugby!) We then had a first. The pair of them jumped fully clothed into the swimming pool!
A lovely relaxed day with everyone. Check out the photos below but to see more contact Lisa or Garrie for the discount code and password for the gallery.
