Warwick House is a beautiful wedding venue in Southam, Warwickshire and has become one of the most popular venues around. As a result we have photographed there many times and it’s always a great day and even more so when we get the weather we had for the wedding of Susan and Mark. It was such a pleasure to photograph their big day as we had got to know the family in December last year when Susan’s daughter married.
The ladies were altogether in the bridal changing room along with Sammie Lewis who was doing make-up and Jaclyn from Timeless who was doing the hair. Kev met up with Mark when he arrived and got a few shots of the guys together too. It was lovely to see some familiar suppliers too. Annita’s Floral Design were responsible for the beautiful flowers and The Rugby Cake Fairy made the stunning cake.
A nice personal touch was the music throughout the day. Jasmine Ward, one of Susan’s daughters, sang as her Mum walked down the aisle and during the signing of the register. She was accompanied by David Williams. She has an amazing voice. The ceremony was conducted by Julia from the Rugby Registry Office. As always she provided lots of smiles as well as ensuring that the legalities were followed.
We were able to spend a lot of time outside in the gardens so all the photos were taken before the wedding breakfast. The evening was a relaxed, informal affair with another wonderful singer, Kristel Morrison, accompanied by Matt Fairnington.
The day was run brilliantly by Andrew and the team at Warwick House. A big thank from us for a great day as always. It was also great to be working with Ben from BRS videography again.
