It was so good to be back at Brownsover Hall Hotel recently for the wonderful wedding of Rosie and Rob. The couple loved the venue and in particular the beautiful grounds. Not only had many of the leaves managed to stay on the trees but we had had beautiful sunshine for much of the day which meant we had great opportunity for photos outdoors.
Both of them were getting ready at the hotel. The ladies from Be Beautiful were looking after the hair and make up for Rosie and the bridesmaids. Rosie was then helped into her dress by her Mum and sister. The dress was gorgeous and had been perfectly fitted by Tillie’s Bridal Dreams. Rob arrived in a fab Jaguar courtesy of Andrew Haggie of Jaguar Land Rover. Salters had supplied the suits for the guys and as always they were spot on.
Phil from the hotel was running things in advance of the wedding breakfast and all went perfectly to plan. The ceremony room had been dressed by Petals 4 U. The stunning flowers were put together by none other than Rob’s Mum. They were incredible and the colours were just amazing together. Paula and Alison from the registry office ensured that the couple had a personal marriage ceremony with a little laughter along the way. Rings from Tarretts the Jewellers in Rugby were exchanged and the couple then led their guests out to the front of the building for drinks, canapes and a few photos.
There was a little musical theme going on as well with guests being invited to play the piano throughout the day. There were lots of talented players.
Alice took over from Phil and led the couple into their wedding breakfast. Rosie had been hard at work making her own wedding cake and also the soap wedding favours.
We had an opportunity for a few more photos afterwards before the couple took to the dancefloor and showed off their talent for dancing.
It really was a lovely day and we can’t thank Phil, Alice and the rest of the team at the hotel enough for looking after us. We wish Rosie and Rob all the best for a very happy future together. Check out a few of the photos from their special day. I am sure they will be sharing the rest with their family and friends over the Christmas period. 🙂
