One of the great things about this job is the lovely people that we meet week in week out and Caz and Lee were no exception. They booked us as their wedding photographers after meeting us at a wedding fayre in Rugby. We seemed to hit it off straight away and that made for a great wedding day at the lovely Dunchurch Park Hotel.
Caz was at the hotel getting ready with the girls. Sam, one of her bridesmaids, was hard at work hairstyling. She did a fab job. Sarah from Bonnets and Blush Beauty was on make-up duty! Kev was with the guys who were all dressed in suits from Salters Menswear which looked great. Sammie Lou Bridal had supplied Caz with her dress which was gorgeous. A special mention goes to Gemma from All Stitched Up who did the alterations.
Everyone made their way into the Great Hall before Caz was brought across for her meeting with the registrars by Tony who was running the day for the couple. And what a fantaastic job he did for them too. The ceremony led by Sue from the Rugby Registry Office had tears and giggles all in the right places 🙂 Charlotte was on hand to make sure that everyone signed in the correct place for the legal side of the paperwork before they walked back down the aisle as husband and wife.
A few photos including our now famous selfie shot before the guests were seated in Mawsons Marquee for the wedding breakfast. This would be a good time to mention Rainbow Linen and Flowers by Michelle who did a great job of making both the Great Hall and marquee look perfect. A few fairy lights from Intense Sound and Lighting just added the final touch. After speeches and thank you’s the couple then cut the cake from For Goodness Cake before their first dance. They then came outside for a few more photos as the light was fading and took the opportunity to have some time together away.
Then it was back in for the evening with dancing and entertainment from our Photo Booth.
Huge thanks to Caz and Lee for a lovely meal and to Tony and the team at the hotel who, as always, looked after us too. Enjoy a few of the photos from the day.
