We have just had the lovely Jo and Carl at the studio for the viewing of their wedding photographs. They married at the gorgeous Birtsmorton Court in Worcestershire, a beautiful venue surrounded by a moat, idyllic is probably the most apt word to describe it. Sophie looked after the running of the day and she was a pleasure to work with. We had met her a couple of weeks beforehand when we went to have a look at the venue and she was really helpful. Jo and Carl were lucky enough to be able to marry outdoors in the grounds which are immaculately kept. I spent the morning at the venue with the girls while Kev went off to Carl’s parents’ home. Jo had hair and make up done before putting on her gown from Perfections in Worcester. The guys wore suits from Nicholas Smith also in Worcester. Cravats had been made by Mrs T.
Jo walked out to the white garden with her Dad which was a really touching sight. She walked down the aisle to the sounds of Beau Belles. The colour scheme totally worked with the venue and flowers from Floral Roundabout were the finishing touch.
We made use of all the grounds for photos before they made their way into the marquee for the wedding breakfast prepared by Diamond Style Caterers. It was as they came out from their meal that the rain came! We managed a few shots under a brolly and then made use of some of the lights from the disco where Pete Stead was ready to keep everyone entertained for the evening.
It really was a fab day and we loved every minute. Enjoy some of the photos from this special day.
