Back in December you may remember that we photographed the wedding of Charlotte and Ger at the Draycote Hotel in Rugby. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t kind on the day and hadn’t been kind to the ground either so photographs outside were almost none! We had been trying to book the date in for a fair little time now but as most people in the UK will know, the weather has been appalling so far this year. So Easter it was! I have to say it was very cold but by the end of our session the sun and some blue sky made an appearance. Charlotte looked as lovely in her dress as she did on her big day and Ger was back in military uniform for a few hours.
As part of our full day collections we do offer a wet weather guarantee where we will photograph the couple again in their wedding attire if we have been unable to get the bridal portraits outside due to bad weather. We make no additional charge for this. Any costs relating to getting dressed up again do need to be picked up by the couple but, for most, they would say it is worth it.
Here are a few of the images from Charlotte and Ger’s shoot.
